Christmas for Kids

WHEN:  Sat, December 6, 2025 from 9 AM – 12 PM 

WHERE:  People Helping People, 5116 Industrial Park Loop NE,
Rio Rancho, NM

New Location / New Rules:

  • PHP patrons come first! You must be a current PHP Last Saturday Free Food Distribution Participant. If not, you will be turned away at first. However, after 12 PM and after all Last Saturday Free Food Participants have been serviced, you will then be able to receive Christmas toys that are still available through this event.
  • Only the parent / legal guardian of the child may pick up Christmas gifts. (Grandparents and those who are not legal guardians will not receive gifts until after 12 PM and after all Last Saturday Free Food Particiants have been serviced.)
  • No children under the age of 18 will be allowed to attend. Parents bringing children will not be allowed any items and will be turned way. (Infants are okay.)
  • Groups of cars will drive inside the parking lot. Stay in your vehicle at all times. You will have Christmas helpers bring items to your car.
  • Below are the different traffic patterns to attend this event that must be followed. You will be directed by the PHP Xmas helpers on the side of the road that morning. So if your traffic lane is not the active lane, you will be sitting for a while and not moving.
  • Please be patient! Many hundreds of people are helped through this event, and it takes time to service each household. You may be waiting several hours, but you will be helped.
